When creating Alpha Pita Bread, Youssef and Angel thoughtfully considered how they wanted to operate their bakery. They quickly realized being “number one” was a priority to them. They wanted to be known for top customer service and high-quality products. When naming their business, it was obvious that Alpha would be a good fit! Not only does alpha represent the “A” of the Greek and Coptic alphabet, but it also represents the number one and more importantly was in the family name. Other than Youssef, Angel and their three children Ann, Anthony, and Andrew all have names that start with the letter ‘a.’ It was clear that this was no coincidence, it was providence.
